Young autistic boy. He is flapping his arms, which is a common physical action of most autistics. It is called "Stimming" (short for self-stimulatory behaviors), which can also include echoing phrases, making noises, and walking in circles. Sometimes, these autism symptoms can be self-injurious, like head banging.
